The prep tables or benches are great for ensuring that food regulations and hygiene are met. They offer a sturdy and modular solution to enable you to plan around the room you have.

Large catering equipment also encompasses ovens, kitchen ranges and commercial refrigeration fridges and freezers for restaurants, canteens and diners. Whilst dishwashers or glass washers for pubs, bars and bistros are essential equipment as are bottle chillers or beer fridges.
